There is many guitar software out there, but i want to talk about Power tab editor software. Power tab editor is a tablature authoring tool for windows 9x/NT/2K/XP. It allows for the creation of tablature scores that can be printed out and play back via MIDI. Feature standard music notation and symbols as well as all the popular tablature symbol. You can import MIDI track with this software and can export to ASCII text, HTML and midi format 1 files.
