This time review come from washburn guitar. This W165PRO series features a mahogany body and the neck build from maple, 22 jumbo fret and no inlay. The body and neck guitar have glossy black finish other than crimson red and silver. The guitar uses wasburn own “Buzz Freiten” tuning system and bridge, it can provide very stable tuning. Two passive Humbucking pick up attaches to the guitar, the Seymour Duncan ’59 in the neck and the Seymour Duncan custom in the bridge with 3-way selector. Unique feature from this guitar is Washburn patented VCC ( Voice Contour Control ). This replace The guitars two tone nobs with a gradual coil tap, as the tone nobs are turned down the guitar pickups take on a more single coil sound.

Its Seymour Duncan and solid Mahogany body can handle heavy distortion, im sure metal guitaris will love it. There was no fretbuzz, the pickups where adjusted right, it can withstand a live situation. It can play various music such as metal, blues, etc. It comes handy, and washburn has a great job on this product. Anyone have try it?? I wonder if I can play with it.
